node
Node.js, installed with a one-off run of n
Not built here: unflab offers to run upstream’s own installer.
curl -fsSL https://unflab.app/get | sh -s -- node
The current LTS release of Node.js, from nodejs.org, installed by a
one-off run of n: node, npm and npx in ~/.local/bin.
To switch versions later, unflab n installs n itself.
With the default prefix, it runs:
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/tj/n/master/bin/n | env N_PREFIX="$HOME/.local" bash -s lts
It asks first, and only on a terminal. To remove it:
N_PREFIX="$HOME/.local" bash <(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/tj/n/master/bin/n) uninstall && rm -rf "$HOME/.local/n"
