Not built here: unflab offers to run upstream’s own installer.

curl -fsSL https://unflab.app/get | sh -s -- deno

Deno’s installer, told to install into ~/.local/bin and to skip its
shell setup, which would otherwise offer to edit your rc files.
deno upgrade keeps it current.

With the default prefix, it runs:

curl -fsSL https://deno.land/install.sh | env DENO_INSTALL="$HOME/.local" CI=1 sh -s -- --no-modify-path

It asks first, and only on a terminal. To remove it:

rm "$HOME/.local/bin/deno"
